Solo traveller takes token tourist shot with UBER DRIVER at Egyptian pyramids

SOMETIMES it can be tough travelling alone. They say that there’s no better way to find yourself than by travelling solo.

It seems this young woman has taken that advice, and set out on an adventure through Egypt all by herself.


But she ran into a small problem when it came to taking the token tourist shot outside the pyramids.

Who was going to be in it with her?

Her Uber driver, apparently.

The young woman has taken photos jumping through the air with her driver, Ahmed.

And at a glance, the pair look like the best of friends who have been travelling for months.

In one shot, they’re even holding hands.

The photo was uploaded to social sharing site Imgur by a user who goes by the name ‘awesomegatt’. It comes after the hilarious video of a holiday-maker taking a selfie went viral.


It appears to be a screen shot by a woman named Tanya Philip.

She captioned it: ‘My sister is in Egypt for work and had no mates to see the pyramids with so took her uber driver with her instead.’

No wonder Ahmed has a four star rating.
