Hi, I wonder if anyone could recommend some reliable and safe places to stay in Singapore, or knows of any interesting things you might not find in a tourist guide. I will be travelling with my friend during September but she isn't joining me for the first week so I'll be staying in a serviced apartment in Singapore while I'm on my own. When she arrives we are hoping to change location twice a week and want to see the best the island has to offer. We've done some research, but would appreciate a little extra help in case we've missed anything. Thank you, Lisa.
