The longest cableway in Armenia
In Armenia, commissioned the world's longest reversible cable car. The road, located in the Syunik region near Tatev monastery, is 5.7 kilometers.
The cable car has three pillars established between the two stations. One of the stations is located on a hill above the village Galidzor, and the other - near Tatev monastery. Cabin accommodates 25 people and travels at speeds up to 37 km / h. One way takes about 11 minutes. The maximum height of the cable car over the gorge - 360 meters.
