Microstate of Andorra is perhaps the best ski resort in Europe. Andorra is located in the territory of as many as 5 different ski stations! Only for a few days, you can try your hand at all the ski stations of Andorra, and then - everything ski slopes in Andorra you are unlikely to pass. However, if you are a professional in the extreme ski holiday, you can use a single ski pass, called the "five valleys." A single ski pass gives you access to more than 280 kilometers of magnificent trails with various degrees of difficulty!

To use these slopes there is a system of 146 lifts! Capacity of these lifts, more than 140 thousand people in one hour! Andorran slopes in no way inferior Alpine routes, and in some respects, according to experts, even exceed them. All ski trails specifically marked and protected with guards, there are signs on roads and even mark the distance. Every year on the ski stations of Andorra there are more and new lifts, there are also new tracks.

It should be noted that each of the ski stations of Andorra, has its own school. The schools are experienced instructors, among which you can find and Russian instructors, although English-speaking schools, of course, the order of magnitude. Instructors will help to learn how to both adults and children, and for children in Andorra, there are special kindergartens, where they can play and have fun. Andorra has many sports shops and rental agencies, restaurants and bars.

Grandvalira

Grandvalira comes alive in the winter months of the year, which is not surprising, because this ski resort is the largest in the Pyrenees! At length the Grandvalira ski slopes are more than 205 kilometers (or 127 miles)! Grandvalira before you can get a six-point Andorra: from Encamp, Canillo out of El Tarter, Soldeu and of Grau Roig and of Pas de la Casa.

Here you will find over 28 restaurants, cafes and snack bars, discos and numerous shops, about 5 kindergartens, are nursery, snow club Mickey (Mickey Snow Club), many health centers.

In particular Grandvalira popular downhill and cross country skiing as well as snowboarding. Equipped area for freestyle, by the way, you can ride in Grandvalira and snowmobile. In the Ice Palace Canillo has a swimming pool and gym, as well as facilities for tennis, there is a sauna and a solarium, an indoor ice rink.
