Þingvellir is a site of historical, cultural, and geological importance and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Iceland. It is also the site of a rift valley and home to Þingvallavatn, the largest natural lake in Iceland. When I was there it was misty in between because of ash from Eyjafjallajökull Volcano.

This is my attempt to solo work a correspondent for public television - SGU TV. We were strictly on the timing - less than three minutes for the plot. And so I had not met as much as 20 seconds!
