Saipan in the Round (360 degrees)
Saipan island in Northern Marianas has a wonderful restaurant called "360", it sets atop a large building in the south central section of the island called Susupe. It's a revolving restaurant giving guests a 360 degree view of Saipan over the span of an hour.
