Day 11: Chateau de Fontainebleau - 30 Days In Paris France
Took a short 40 minute train ride out the Paris Gare de Lyon train station to Fontainebleau/Avon. A bus transfer area is located near the station, find the bus shelter marked Chateau Fontainebleau and take the short 1.80 Euro trip. The Chateau and its grounds are beautiful and historic. Cost 10 Euros and that includes an audio tour. The Chateau offers a great Paris getaway with few crowds. Photos of gardens will come later.
